# Iberia Fund

> The Iberia Co-Investment Fund (ICF) is a Georgia-focused private investment vehicle. ICF builds a diversified portfolio across real estate development, FMCG import and distribution, retail chains, and manufacturing, partnering with local operators and international investors to fund high-conviction opportunities in the Caucasus.

## What we do

- **Co-invest in Georgia.** ICF pools capital from local and international LPs and deploys it alongside experienced operators in sectors where Georgia has structural advantages.
- **Diversified portfolio.** Real estate development, FMCG import and distribution, retail chains, and manufacturing — each line item is reviewed by the investment committee and underwritten with on-the-ground operating partners.
